1. Definitions
"TATL Cars", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the car booking service. "You", "Your", "Passenger" refers to the individual making the booking or using the service. "Service" refers to the transportation services provided.
2. Bookings
2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or designated booking channels.
2.2. You must provide accurate information for your booking, including pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, and contact details.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2.4. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to check the details for accuracy.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, time of travel, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., tolls, airport fees).
3.2. Payment can be made by cash to the driver or by bank transfer as agreed during booking.
3.3. For bank transfers, payment must be cleared before the journey commences unless otherwise agreed.
3.4. Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding 15 minutes for standard pickups or 60 minutes for airport pickups (after flight landing), detours, or extra stops not specified in the original booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will generally not incur a fee.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours before pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4.3. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup or a no-show will be charged the full fare.
4.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
5. Passenger Conduct
5.1. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.
5.2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
5.3. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
5.4. We reserve the right to refuse transport to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct is deemed a threat to the driver or other passengers.
6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).
6.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to passengers' luggage or personal belongings, unless due to our negligence.
6.3. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the booked journey.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
